Welcome to Anti-Gravity! Our structured classes provide a level system which develops skills, strength, flexibility, aerial awareness, and coordination while focusing on safety. All of our classes include a proper warm-up, physical preparation, Trampoline, and Double-Mini Trampoline or Tumbling. Participants can progress from no experience through our level system. All who display special talent and interest may advance to one of our competitive programs.

All classes are conducted by one of our nationally certified coaches, with an emphasis on basic skills and safety that can be carried outside of the gym into any environment. There is a maximum 6:1 athlete to coach ratio for trampoline classes and 8:1 for Ninja and Climbers classes, conducted on two of our state-of-the-art, regulation-sized trampolines, our double-mini trampoline, our rod floor, and our floor exercise area.
